Refund policy

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You must return any item shipped by Herbs by Leah purchased here at our store called "ZODYL ORGANICS" for a full credit or refund of the product price, noting the following:

Returns and Refunds Procedure:

We do not make refunds for any container or open bottle.

Item must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

You must return the item to us within 15 days of receiving your purchase.

OPENED PRODUCTS: If you open a container(s) or bottle(s) that you purchased on our website individually or as a package, and send it back, you will NOT receive a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS


Did you receive a product in error or damaged? We will also provide free return shipping if your return is a result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). In other cases, a return postage fee will apply.


Prepaid shipping labels for your returned products: We do not provide return labels for products that are returned. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If your return is not the result of our error, your postage fee will apply.


Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days and an email confirmation will be sent.

Actual postage rate, in many cases ZODYL ORGANICS will share your postage cost so if you decide to return a product(s) we will charge you for the full postage cost.

Refused Shipments

If you choose to refuse any shipment from Zodyl Organics, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, duties, taxes and/or charges. customs fees incurred on the package (both original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Herbs by Leah. This amount will be subtracted from your refunded balance.
