Shipping policy
USPS COVID-19 UPDATE : USPS continues to experience package delivery delays in some areas.
**Shipping delays are currently running around 7-10 days.**
We are so grateful for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented challenge we are all facing, and thank you for your continued loyalty as a valued ZODYL ORGANICS customer.
Shipping Cost:
USA: Flat Rate $9.00 per package. The package may have a variation in the shipping charge under the following rules
- a) Free Shipping Promotion. This promotion may change without prior notice.*
- b) The package may indicate that it has the INTEGRATED SHIPPING COST according to the area of residence of the final recipient, which may range from nine to fourteen dollars.
Mexico: Flat rate $29 dollars for a box weighing up to 10 pounds. The package may have a variation in the shipping charge under the following rules:
- a) Free Shipping Promotion. This promotion may change without prior notice.*
- b) Promotion Price on Flat Rate, under this term the client pays a part and Zodyl Organics pays the other part. Example: Special Shipping Package $20 dollars.*

WHEN WILL MY SHIPMENT BE MADE?
We process your payment quickly and on the same day of receipt and processing by our bank generally takes 48 hours. However, it may take longer depending on weekends and holidays.
Packages with released payment are processed by the shipping department from Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
. Shipments to the USA are through USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information (tracking number).
Shipments to Mexico are made through PAMEX, they only receive packages on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10:00 AM. Once received by PAMEX two days later, a copy of the guide that shows the shipping cost and the probable delivery date, usually PAMEX takes 10 - 15 days to deliver your package to the door of your house.
Errors in the shipping address:
You are responsible for the shipping address, because you wrote it yourself in the purchase system. Please make sure before paying for your order to avoid errors. If for any reason you detected the error once the payment has been made, please write to Admin@herbsbyleah.com notifying the error and clearly writing the correct address. If the shipment has not been made, everything will be fine, if the shipment has already been made, we will try to stop it and return it to our offices, USPS charges for this service. We will charge you by sending you an invoice by email for your payment.
Corrections to addresses that can be made on time or stopped apply to the USA and MEXICO only.
WAS SOMETHING MISSING FROM YOUR PACKAGE OR DID IT ARRIVE DAMAGED?
In the first instance, look for a sheet notifying you that the MISSING ITEM will arrive in a separate box or go directly from the laboratory that manufactures it. If this note does not appear then immediately notify Admin@HerbsbyLeah.com or 281.995.5093
Missing items without a note inside the box or items MUST be reported to ZODYL ORGANICS within 3 days of delivery date . Please provide a picture of the contents and the box it came in and email to ADMIN@HerbsbyLeah.com / 281.995.5093 Any missing or damaged items reported outside of the 3 day window will not be eligible for replacement.
DO YOU LIVE IN AN AREA AT RISK OF PACKAGE LOSS?
ZODYL ORGANICS reserves the right to ship packages with signature confirmation in cases where we believe that a signature receipt is appropriate for the safe delivery of your order. Usually this happens in apartments.
